Thinking of switching to Uber Phone? We get asked these the most!
Q: Can I make 111 calls over your service?
A: Yes, you can. However, at this stage the 111 service will not be able to trace your address in the way they can with a Telecom line.
Q: What will happen if the power goes out?
A: Because the phone line goes over your internet connection, if the power goes out so will your phone and internet. You can get around this by purchasing a battery backup (also known as a UPS)
Q: Can I keep my current phone number?
A: Yes you can. There is an associated fee payable at the time of transfer.
Q: Will my alarm, fax or eftpos machine still work?
A: Any recent alarm system and most eftpos machines will work perfectly - however we do not officially support these services. Fax does not work, but we do offer an alternative system using email to fax.
Q: Is there any term agreement associated with your phone service?
A: No. Once you pay the connection fee you own the SPA device outright and there is no obligation to use our service for any longer than you like.
Q: What are the 40 international destinations (landline only) i can call with your unlimited plan?

| Alaska |
Croatia |
Hungary |
Portugal |
| Argentina | Cyprus | Ireland | Puerto Rico |
