To receive our wickedly fast fibre service, a Northpower technician needs to come out and install fibre from their nearest supply point to your building. Once completed, we come out and install the rest of the equipment required to get you going (a router). You don't need anything else to get this service and best of all, its still completely managed in the same way as our wireless service! Cool or what?

Very! Our plans are start at 5mbit/sec and go right up to 50mbit/sec symmetric; which is blindingly fast!

Ok, that sounds super fast, so will what happen if i go over my data cap? I dont want a huge bill!

We understand! What we do is ease you back to dialup speed - well actually slightly faster - 64kbps. We don't like our customers to receive billshock, so you have the option of buying extra data as you go by logging into our customer portal http://my.ubernet.co.nz.
